I HAVE BIG PROBLEM...(10/11/2010)

Day  to day, I go to work that morning, i get job that i must call client and worker at TM to verification their attend to the event tomorrow at the hotel legend that Held on the PWTC. All of the reaction all i get good customer feedback and all of the customer is coming in event that us running, the event that TM do at legend hotel is about "SME biznet". The problem that i have is a communicate with people so nervous at first time. Although i do not communicate in vis-to-vis but i still afraid to talk with someone that who i don't i know but that i know i finish my job very well. After i finish my job i go lunch with my lovely friend after finish lunch i continue my job delayed call my client  to know their attend. Finally i got finish all my job with relief my heart.

GOOD JOB GET GOOD RESULT (9/11/2010)

Today is the fifth day, I work near here, so far so good just shake away my job. Nothing to do the job so what do i just write what i do in blog, that's all. Today i think nothing job to do the job because all the workers there was nearby. Nevermind maybe good job get good result in work. After finish lunch my bos call me to make list for attend TM worker in event and call all of them to know all of them come or not in event this of  the part in my job. usually i back home at 5.30 p.m and for friday i back early after that. 


IMPATIENT LIFE WHEN NO WORK.(08/11/2010)

Today the 4th day I work near here, but nothing i can do for my job i think may be no event and no report so i just relax. Normally I work as of PR work to come as they please , I was happy when has a job i think do the  job better than sitting at work not doing anything. Today I have no work i think all of the employee at here conquer the job.huhu. sometime i feel so bored without do anything. i asked from my boss if she want i help she work i can, but she say never-mind she can handle. So i just see another employee do their job.

3rd day “New activities” (04-11-2010)


Today I was given third tasks. I was given the responsibility to make a statement bulletin state about "Chill Out" held in Leisure Mall Kuala Lumpur. Various activities that have been made during the Chill Out program is underway. That i know about chill out TM will be holding this event in 1 or 2 times a monthThis is to strengthen customer relationships with staff TM.  various events that running such as selling activities, interactive games, performing artists, Wii nintendo, and coloring contests. In addition there is also a birthday celebration for the loyal customers appreciate the TM. Besides that, have one ceremony to celebrate and prizes giving to the winners of "call & win". TM also introduce many product such as pakej BlockBuster Deal, Unifi, and I-talk this of the part get received overwhelming response from visitors to leisure mall.Consumer sales Kuala Lumpur successfully achieved sales revenue of RM 97,934.00.

After finish report I do. I was taught how to use Adobe Photoshop and how to modify pictures in a simple way. Much knowledge I get and I feel excited to be able to learn many new things. 

2nd day” Start a New Life” (03-11-2010)


The second day I was invited to the homes of orphans around kuala lumpur. Orphanage that name as An- Najjah. I go there to know little about the activities to be carried out by the TM and donations will be given.  Before the interview with the founder of the orphanage. I and my colleagues introduced the founding place her name is Madam Hjh. Aminah.

These places are just taking the orphan boys only. An- Najjah also preferred senior citizens and single mothers. It also, an-najjah also pays more attention to the new converts among the indigenous people.  After i arrive at An-najjah i know little bit about it. Madam hjh aminah also elaborate little bit about their An-najjah. I and my bos just survey and view what them need help and what their need to improve An-najjah.









1st day at TM (02-11-2010)


This first day i arrive at TM KL for register as student practical, first time i arrive at time i feel so afraid because so many i think and the one more i think is a what job i get. first i do i register at human resources after that i need to wait my big boss. after so long i wait my supervisor a.k.a my big bos she come with big smile but so scared.huhu 
she invite me and i follow her go to her department after i arrive at her department she give me one space for i get do my job..but i sit so far from her. my job at TM as a PR a.k.a Public relation is a one of the support company. for me my job as a pr very important in company because PR also organized conferences, arrange for relevant media interview for key state-level spokesperson on operational matters in line with corporate policy, arrange event and protocol management and generate/edit other PR material and other else. 


The first day I reported for duty at TM, after that I was given a briefing about TM. After that I was sent to the PR (public relation) department, it like kind of reporter, I have to make newsletters, events and much more. Function PR is to support a company.


I was introduced to my supervisor. Her name is Madam Zeti Marina. She also introduced I to her subordinates. First time i see her she look nerd and straight but  i realize she very kind and don't more talk..so far i work under her.she so good and so far she very nice. she induct me as a her assistant and i also must help  and follow everywhere she need i. first day i work under her. she give me job. the job is photocopier the document. first time i know machine photocopier i feel so scared to use because i don't know use that thing but after her teach me i not afraid anymore.


After that i got first task, I must make one newsletter report on the state bulletin about “PERINTIS KIRSTAL KL MOTIVATIONAL TALK”. I just do the report about that activity. This a first report that i make. so far i can do it. what i know little bit about  “PERINTIS KIRSTAL KL MOTIVATIONAL TALK” is talk about HCBO Kuala Lumpur with co-operation Unit Kaunseling & Islamic Affairs that organized this programme for explains how to apply the values of crystal and think positive themselves in life and work.
