MAKE LIST (30/11/2010)

 Today I have to make lists of things to buy for orphanage at An-najjah and i also need to photostat important document and must fax to An-najjah to know their response. I also make arrange all important document for my boss. For me is so hard but this is one is my learning. after lunch i need to call owner orphanage at An-najjah to know their accept or not the important  document from me.

After finish all job i got new job to make booking for club golf kinrara, i call club golf kinrara to booking for the state kl friendly tournament. i one of challenges for me. First time make book for state kl but i can do it very well.
 This my first time experience to make booking for staff here.

Turun padang @TM muzeum (29/11/2010)

For this day i need to visit at TM MUZEUM point to joint meeting to know development TM  is a meeting about " sesi jom bersama Dato' sri zam is a one of part the activity that running by Dato'sri zam is call activity "turun padang @TMpoint. This meeting held at VC room, video conference. 
 Dato'sri zam also talk about future and what step to take to improve TM. Dato' sri zam  talk about unifi that improvement to 700 thousand is one of network TOP. VC is also involved throughout Malaysia to find out the TM and to respond from their respective states. it the first time i see through VC.

Briefing at museum tmpoint(26/11/2010)

In the briefing more talk about how manage your money very well from accounting department. In the briefing also has a games to see how manage the money and learn to save the budget to get buying what we want. It also ask about what the we dream and what don't need. after finish the briefing i got one meeting about little purpose to orphanage. 


The meeting also talk about what the needed to bring at orphanage and what we do at there and to give opinion i just listen and follow their event.  In the briefing also discussion about objectives in some people include short-term, medium -term and long-term. In short-term life expectancy in the surrounding one year below , medium-term life expectancy in the surrounding in five year below and for the long-term life expectancy in the surrounding 15 year above. It is a issues that  officer accounting department elaborate and him also talk about insurance life and about savings in insurance.

In 24 until 25 i make same job is a fax,print and photocopier document and arrange the document. something i feel very bored but i must settle all job my bos give. after finish my job i just stay my chair and see environment i work..

Today i learn using fax and make list like usually my job i do. the first must i do today is a call department that approved about Money withdrawal. My boss need i manage about approved money withdrawal.first i need to talk the accounting department to know approvement about that. but department cannot out money because one the important people cannot come to signature that approved is make so difficult to out money to buy requirements for najjah an-orphan.

seminar VP5-viva palestine 5 (16/11/2010)

For the seminar viva palestine 5 is to bring awareness to all the trouble and their lives are more in need. Besides that,  in a seminar more news have been discussed to increase awareness of our identity as Muslims. in the seminar also discussion about war and poverty for the country.  In their seminar so sad talk about palestine is a one country no peace from war.  From seminar also i got touching as a muslim because my because Muslims have been treated in such a way.


After that, we out go to lunch and continue after that about palestine in hold hand israel and the suffering of Muslims palestine. various ways to do to be free from the clutches of isreal palestine. many more i learn about palestine and i got many knowledge about that. many experience one of the worker TM tell to me. their tell to me their experience go to the viva palestine 5 is a to safe palestine. but cannot.

seminar presentation for iCARE Prime (15/11/2010)

Before beginner seminar presentation for iCARE Prime all the guest need registration to know their attendance in seminar. in one time have two meeting about that one in public and one meeting in private. The iCARE prime was to meet in department to other department. It also rates discussed iCARE prime objective to carried out, in this case also talk about iCARE Prime key parameter is discussion about purpose,deployment plan,the scope and the user communities.

Before iCARE prime before he introduced formerly known as iCARE BAU or MTTR. iCARE Prime changes that know as a SMART or STAR. In this seminar more discussion about system their lauching in iCARE Prime and it also discussed the potential prime iCARE.

Attend for Icare Prime(12/11/2010)

For today my job is to make attend for Icare Prime. First, that must i do is a check my email to know how many attend at Icare Prime and arrange name,department to invitation. After finish arrange name i must make a list name for know who came after finish all the task. i need call all the invitation for know their attend.

SME BIZNET - THE LEGEND HOTEL(11/11/2010)

SME is the discovery of the PR and SME KL AND SELANGOR for close-up TM KL and SELANGOR. This meeting is also to foster closer relationships between customers and staff, while waiting for the invitation.Variety activities that them do at the legend hotel. First i arrive at the legend hotel i breakfast before the ceremony running. 

After finish breakfast we all inside in hall to hear briefing for the head of TMKL. after that i hear presentation with Ms. Norhayati as a executive  at TMKL from sme department. Her talk more about Unifi and her elaborate about Unifi for that i got information and knowledge about Unifi. she talk about biz 20,biz 10 and biz 25. she also have mentions about summary annual report after finish presentation TM has make a games like millionaire and their just take the customer only to involve in games. It so make customer happy and enjoy. The sme biznet beginner from 9 a.m until 5 p.m. 

After that, the second presenter is a Mr. jack also from sme kl, he more talk about fraud management and what IP-PBX fraud, PBX is a private branch exchange and secure IP(pbx) systems.

Besides that, i got also know about post-mortem before all presentation and activity at there finish. the post-mortem that mean after finish all activity in event they are evaluate and review of the activities where there are weaknesses in the presentation of activities and the possibility that they will Improve the activities of this in the future.

Besides that, there are also questions of customer dissatisfaction and TM subscribers can express, or make any comment. After all finish before we all disperse We all were served tea before the dispersal.
